How It Works

Our workshop isn’t about giving you medical or clinical advice. It’s about helping you to activate your inner wisdom and prioritize your truth so you can respond to life’s challenges in new, authentic ways – feeling empowered to make life choices from an aligned place. Whether it’s about health (should I try this new supplement or treatment?), relationships (should we work through this?), career (am I living my values?), or life in general (how can I live more fully and add more joy to my life?). Making decisions from a place of discernment and inner knowing allows you to live life more authentically.

In this 6 session online series we’ll meet every other week for 90-minutes. You’ll have full access to the INBODY self-study program (click here to learn more about the INBODY Program) and before each session you’ll be asked to watch select videos (around 20-30 minutes). We will use the live sessions to integrate and reflect on what you learn – an approach that leads to a richer experience and deeper integration of the material. We also offer an optional group chat for sharing and support in between sessions.

Live sessions are a mix of teaching, mentoring, meditations, sharing, and other experiential practices, like somatic exercises and journaling, to encourage presence and integration. Each session follows our MAP process (Meet yourself more deeply; Activate your inner-wisdom; Prioritize your truth), and incorporates our powerful INBODY method.

All sessions will be recorded, so you can rewatch and stay engaged in case you can’t make a live call.

Session 1

Meet Yourself More Deeply

You’ll explore who you want to become in this stage of life & build awareness of what’s not serving you anymore. We’ll focus on:

  • Becoming more conscious of when you’re running on auto-pilot or being reactive
  • Taming your mind’s tendency to take over with unhelpful thoughts and beliefs
  • Shifting your state at will: go from stressed to relaxed & dysregulated to regulated
  • Accessing your inner-wisdom & power more quickly and deeply

    Sessions 2 & 3

    Activate Your Inner-Wisdom

    You’ll practice different methods of connecting more deeply and safely with your physical body to uncover valuable insights. We’ll focus on:

    • Noticing how & where beliefs, conditioned responses, & patterns show up in your body
    • Using the breath to create more inner spaciousness, resilience & balance
    • Increasing awareness of physical sensations and understanding their deeper purpose
    • Connecting with the body as a source of guidance, wisdom, & support

    Sessions 4, 5, & 6

    Prioritize Your Truth

    You’ll explore different ways to strengthen your mind-body connection to reclaim your power, self-trust, and strengthen your inner-resources during perimenopause. We’ll focus on:

    • Working consciously with your emotional energy to release blockages & increase flow
    • Accessing your inner-wisdom & intuition at will, especially when stressed or overwhelmed
    • Increasing your awareness, vitality, & life force energy in your daily life
    • Learning the power of asking your body the “right” questions
    • Exploring & strengthening your inner “yes” & “no”
    • Giving yourself permission to make authentic, aligned decisions
    • Practicing self-acceptance, kindness, and self-compassion

    Frequently Asked Questions

    1. What if I need to miss a session, will I fall behind?

    All sessions will be recorded so you can feel at ease that you won’t fall behind. You will also have the option to join the private group chat for sharing, support, and insights.

    2. Is this group therapy?

    No. The Wise Women Series is an online space for learning and transformation. Each session is a blend of teaching, experiential practices, coaching, and sharing for integration. You will be asked to take responsibility for doing work inside and outside the live sessions, which include completing parts of the INBODY self-study program.

    3. Are you available in between sessions for guidance or help?

    You will have access to an optional group chat to receive support and guidance in between sessions. Additionally, we offer 1-1 integration sessions. If interested in 1-1 sessions, please ask us for details on availability and cost.

    4. How much time do I need to commit in between sessions?

    There will be approximately 20-30 minutes of videos to watch before each live session. We additionally encourage you to take advantage of the practice & play exercises and audio meditations that are available in the INBODY self-study program to help embed and integrate your learnings. We find that spending time to learn outside of the live sessions, along with the live sessions, leads to faster and more impactful change.

    5. What do I need to take the Wise Women Series?

    You only need a quiet space, a good internet connection, a pen and paper for notetaking, and time to watch the INBODY self-study program lessons between the live sessions.

    6. How large is the group?

    There will be a maximum of 8 people to keep it intimate and give everyone a chance to connect and feel safe.
